2. App Usage

2.1 Permitted Use

The app may only be used for the following purposes:

• Censoring text in images for personal use
• Text recognition and editing of your own content
• Image editing within the app functions

2.2 Prohibited Use

The following uses are prohibited:

• Processing images without appropriate authorization
• Use for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineering or manipulating the app
• Bypassing the credit system
• Automated or mass use

3. Credit System

3.1 Free Credits

• You receive 5 free credits every day
• Credits reset at midnight (UTC)
• Unused credits expire daily

3.2 Bonus Credits

• Additional credits can be earned by watching ads
• The number of bonus credits may vary
• Bonus credits are subject to the same expiration rules

3.3 Credit Consumption

• Each image processing costs 1 credit
• Credits are deducted at the start of processing
• Credits are not refunded in case of errors

4.1 Censoring

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Automatic text censoring is not 100% reliable. It may occur that:

• Text is not fully recognized
• Parts of the text are not censored
• Wrong areas are censored
• Image quality is affected

You are responsible for checking the result before distributing or publishing it.

4.2 General Liability

We assume no liability for:

• Damage caused by faulty censoring
• Loss or damage of images
• Technical failures or disruptions
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

5. Advertising (AdMob)

The app displays advertising via Google AdMob. The following applies to ads:

• Google AdMob guidelines and terms of use apply
• Ad content is provided by third parties
• We have no control over ad content
• Clicking on ads is at your own risk

6. Technical Requirements

For proper use of the app you need:

• A stable internet connection
• Sufficient free storage space
• Camera and storage access (optional)
• A supported operating system

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes will be announced in the app and take effect with the next use.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue the app at any time or block your access if you violate these terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms of service are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
