Email SupportFrequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does the credit system work?
You receive 5 free credits daily, which reset at midnight (UTC). Additional credits can be earned by watching ads. Each image processing costs 1 credit.
How secure is my data?
All processing is done locally on your device. Your images and documents are never transferred to external servers. OCR text recognition uses the OCR.space API, but images are immediately deleted after processing.
Is censoring 100% reliable?
IMPORTANT: Automatic text censoring is not 100% reliable. It may occur that text is not fully recognized or censored. You are responsible for checking the result before distributing it.
Which devices are supported?
Censorify is optimized for iOS devices and requires a stable internet connection for OCR text recognition. For optimal performance, we recommend sufficient free storage space.
Can I buy credits?
Currently, the only way to get additional credits is by watching ads. We are working on additional options for the future.
Which image formats are supported?
Censorify supports the most common image formats such as JPG, PNG, and other standard formats. For best results, use images with clear, readable text.
